Davey Carter
Written by Edward T. Jones.

Davey Carter's interest in radio and presenting started from the age of around ten or eleven when his father made the mistake of telling him about
'Radio Caroline' - an offshore pirate radio station. A few days after this, eleven year old Davey decided he wanted to start his own radio station which he did.

As time went on and various attempts to start some form of radio station, he left radio for a bit because all the bits he needed cost too much money.

A few years later at the age of twenty, Davey decided to move onto internet radio - thus the birth of legendry
FraggleRADIO. Fraggle was formed in order to promote Davey's brother's band at the time. A few months later Davey approached Peter Quiggins, owner of the original and only ever 'Quiggins Shopping Center', about a space to base FraggleRADIO in the Quiggins building. Peter agreed and Fraggle was moved to the Second floor of Quiggins, School Lane Liverpool (now Liverpool ONE).

It was during this time that Davey met Lex and after a few months, they both decided to some shows together - all proving to be extremely popular with the Fraggle fans.

In July 2006 FraggleRADIO closed down for good due to a compulsory purchase order on the Quiggins building however Lex and Davey continued to work on material and not long after struck deals with Canadian and American radio stations.

Since then, as well as working with Lex, Davey's solo projects have included two new internet radio stations;
Red Hot Radio and Sound Liverpool, a software development company and website hosting service; SpeedyHost.co.uk.

To date, Davey is working on a highly anticipated script with Lex for a new TV sitcom as well as presenting radio and tv together on regular occasions.
